Worked with Anthony for our sectional he was extremely friendly, personable and helped us configure our sectional to maximize the use of our room. He felt like an old friend. Jeanna who checked us out was so sweet and kind! Highly recommend Biltrite for their service as well as the quality of furniture they carry.

My wife and I were looking for a mattress with some specific features. Char, our salesperson, was very courteous and helpful. She showed us only those mattresses that met all of the criteria I had stipulated. We found the right mattress and completed the necessary paperwork. We then met with Jeanne, the BuiltRite closer, who thoroughly checked every detail of the order. We left knowing when and how we could expect delivery and received follow-up phone calls confirming everything. I was very favorably impressed with the entire process. Char and Jeanne were both excellent at their jobs and very professional. This was my best experience ever with a furniture store.

High quality products, honest people in business for generations, very knowledgeable and helpful sales people (Anthony!), total focus on customer need and what works best. Strong inventory of products always, and their delivery team makes it so easy. They started on Mitchell Street, and have not lost that small town authenticity. Shop local, avoid the big box brands. And, they take care of their team with week-long vacation shutdowns for all and closed on Sunday. Thank you Gail, Marty, Randi, and Anthony.
