Best part was walking in and not feeling like the pool of sales sharks was waiting to feed on us... For the record is how Raymore and Flanagan was.. we were not pressured, given time to look.. and treated with respect. Is great to see a store like this still is around.

Had two appliances delivered today. The two delivery men did a phenomenal job. They were by far the best delivery men we have had the pleasure of working with. They were professional, calm, polite, informative, and very purposeful with their actions. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing, and were going to make this a smooth process’s. I am so thankful for their skill and professionalism.

Had a great experience shopping and getting fitted for a new mattress. My wife and I are on opposite ends of the recommended firmness. So, we had to exchange during the trial period. Both the sales team and delivery teams were excellent and we’re very happy with the new bed so far!
