Recently bought new appliances for remodeled kitchen. Ivan was very helpful. Excellent listener and professional. Knowledgeable about different appliances and features of each. Made difficult decisions much easier. Installers were efficient and knowledgeable as well. Recommend highly.

Went in on Wednesday to look at some refrigerators. Luis helped me, he was very kind and knowledgeable about all of their products not only the refrigerators. He took his time and was very patient. I went back in Friday to make the purchase with my fiance. This time I was greeted by Kristi the Manager she was also very nice and helpful. I made my selection and she helped us choose the payment option that would benefit us the most! Very pleasant experience and at a fraction of the regular cost. We will definitely go back in the future.

I had a very negative experience with a dishwasher repairman and decided to buy a new one. I went to Urners on a Monday afternoon. The salesperson, Mari, was awesome. She answered all my questions and was able to show me which dishwashers would meet my needs. We were in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes.
